Job Summary:
We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Distribution Center Associates in Nashville, Tennessee! This critical role supports our extensive logistics network by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of inventory. You will be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving goods to dispatching orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, meeting quality standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
  • Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
  • Strictly follow all established safety guidelines and use appropriate PPE.
  • Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and safe.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies, damages, or safety hazards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
  • Undertake other general warehouse duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a distribution center or warehouse is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle demanding physical tasks, including repeated lifting of up to 55 lbs.
  • Experience with powered industrial trucks (forklifts) is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
  • Must be willing to wear and properly use all required PPE, such as steel-toed footwear.
  • Understanding of fundamental logistics principles and inventory control.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and accident prevention.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
