Seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in San Francisco, California. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. Your leadership will ensure efficiency, accuracy, and safety across all logistics functions. Responsibilities include managing and training warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory integrity, and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices in warehouse management and logistics. This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations. You must be comfortable with the physical demands of the environment, including managing lifting requirements and ensuring proper procedures are followed. Maintaining a safe work environment through proper training, enforcement of safety protocols, and the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is a key responsibility.
