We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Picker/Packer to join our team in San Jose, California. In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by picking items from our inventory and preparing them for shipment. Your attention to detail will ensure that orders are complete and correctly assembled. You will work closely with other warehouse staff to maintain efficient workflows and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Assemble customer orders with precision and care.
- Pack items securely and efficiently to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify that picked and packed items match order details.
- Operate packing equipment and ensure proper use of shipping materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and work area.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines, including wearing required PPE .
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of inventory as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or order fulfillment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of warehouse procedures and logistics .
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following safety regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
