Our growing logistics company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations in Kansas City, Missouri. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse layout, and managing equipment maintenance. A key focus will be on implementing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all employees, including mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role involves regular physical demands, including significant lifting and movement of goods, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities.

- Perform tasks involving frequent lifting and manual handling of materials.
