Role: After Sales Engineer Type: Permanent, Full Time Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 dependant on experience (DOE) Hours: Mon - Thurs 7:30am - 16:00pm; Fri 7:30am - 13:00pm Location: Worcester, West Midlands Responsibilities
Act as an initial point of contact for customers, understanding their needs over the phone or in person Respond to customer enquiries by email or phone Develop bespoke layouts, pricing and quotations, ensuring all quotes are accurate and clear Provide technical product guidance and pre-sales support, maintaining a strong understanding of products Coordinate orders from enquiry to completion, ensuring customers are contacted throughout Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, maintaining accurate records of quotes/data, and attending customer or site visits when required Essential Skills & Experience
Strong attention to detail and work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Office — Excel, Word and PowerPoint Ability to read technical drawings, ideally produced from AutoCAD Ability to use SAGE 200 or similar Excellent team player and problem solver Able to work well independently and as part of a team Benefits
