BGC London is committed to nurturing young athletes through fun, safe, and skill-building Volleyball programs. We focus on helping children develop strength, coordination, confidence, and a love for movement in a supportive and engaging environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Volleyball Program Specialist to join our Next Level Sports and assist coaches to conduct classes for children and youth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with kids and youth, has a background in Volleyball or physical education, and is eager to learn and grow in a coaching environment.

Qualifications

· Experience playing or coaching volleyball at a recreational or competitive level.

· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and community partners.

· NCCP Volleyball Coaching certification (preferred but not required).

· Commitment to inclusive and high-quality sports programming.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in implementing volleyball programs that align with BGC London's standards and values

· Support coaches and volunteers during practices, clinics, and events.

· Ensure programs are inclusive, safe, and engaging for all participants.

· Promote volleyball programs through outreach activities and events.

· Act as a positive representative of Next Level Sports in the community.

· Communicate effectively with lead coaches, staff, and parents.

One (1) part time position available

Monday to Friday, Evenings and weekends when needed

December 2025 – June 2026
