Overview
As a direct patient care provider : Provides age appropriate care and intervention for ages of patients served according to job description
Responsibilities
Assesses patients biopsychosocial needs in an age-appropriate manner and with a knowledge of patient growth and development.
2.* Develops plan of care and communicates to other members of the health care team.
3.* Administers and delivers the plan of care, utilizing patient care standards in clinical practice.
4.* Evaluates outcomes and modifies the plan of care as necessary.
5.* Educates patient and family on plan of care and their responsibilities, including post-discharge.
6.* Collaborates with all members of the health care team.
7.* Provides clinical supervision to appropriate health care team members, delegating tasks and overseeing performance of duties.
8.* Documents all information applicable to patient care in patient/departmental record.
9.* Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

USD $60.70 - USD $60.70 /Hr.
