We are recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Engineer to maintain a small portfolio of six commercial office buildings; all located within walking distance in Farringdon. This is a stable, client-facing role carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in professional office environments.
Package £44,000 per annum Travel card (Zones 1 & 2) or cash equivalent Overtime available 25 days holiday + bank holidays Company pension scheme
Job Description
Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance)
Attend and resolve reactive maintenance issues
Maintain building services to a high standard
Work directly with clients and site occupants
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
Requirements
Previous experience in commercial building maintenance
Mechanical or Electrical qualification
Comfortable working in client-facing environments
Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
