Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our products for both new aircraft and also retrofit / cabin refresh opportunities with global airline customers
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through market research, understanding of customer fleet management strategies and networking.
Develop and maintain relationships with other industry stakeholders, including OEMs
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and negotiations, and drive closure of any items through close working relations with internal stakeholders.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer requirements and market developments.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other internal departments including engineering, Industrial Design and finance to ensure technically and financially accurate RFP responses.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the companys offerings, and understand how these may align with customer and industry requirements.

Requirements
Minimum 35 years of technical sales experience in aerospace or related industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Understanding of contractual terms and conditions and able to work alongside Legal colleagues to discuss and agree customer contracts
Experienced in understanding customer requirements, with an ability to prioritise these into Must have, Should have, Could have and will not have criteria
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Aerospace, or related field
Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding organisation and time management skills
Excellent written skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel
Ability to understand technical specifications
