As part of our close-knit, supportive staff, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and client service in a fully equipped facility. From assisting in surgery and performing dental procedures to managing tech appointments and client communications, this is a great opportunity to put your technical skills to work in a practice that values collaboration, efficiency, and quality medicine.
Our facility features digital X-ray, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, and a dedicated dental suite-all designed to help you do your best work while supporting our team's focus on work-life balance.
Schedule: This is a Full-Time position but scheduling is very flexible. We can offer either 4/10s OR 5/8 schedule. Schedule availability is Monday - Friday with NO WEEKENDS and NO ON-CALL!
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $32-$35 for each hour worked *

Required qualifications and skillset:
- Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Virginia
- 3+ years of veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Clear and kind client communication skills
- Surgical assistance including induction, monitoring, and post-op recovery
- Dental prophylaxis and radiographs
- Blood draws and IVC placement
- Microscopic evaluation
- Outpatient procedures
