*Job Description:*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Hampton, VA. As a Physical Therapist at our clinic, you will play a critical role in helping patients regain their mobility, reduce pain, and improve their overall quality of life. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients to determine their physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Design and implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
* Educate patients and their families on proper home exercise programs and injury prevention.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
* Stay current with the latest developments in physical therapy and evidence-based practices.
*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
* State licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
* CPR certification.
* Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Experience in outpatient or orthopedic settings is a plus.
