Care Assistant – AV1856A Full Time | Residential Care Home Location: Tavistock, Devon Shift pattern: 8:30am – 14:00pm About the Service This residential care home is an independent, family-owned service located in the town of Tavistock. Established in 1988 and family-run for over three decades, the home has built a strong reputation for delivering warm, personalised, and dignified residential care. In 2018, the service was proudly rated OUSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), placing it among the top social care providers in the country. The Role We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Assistant to join a dedicated care team within this high-quality residential setting. This is a key role supporting residents with person-centred care while leading and mentoring care staff to maintain exceptional standards. You will play an important part in ensuring residents feel safe, respected, and supported to live fulfilling lives in a calm and welcoming environment.
