Join a clinic that’s been serving the South Bend community for 13 years and help grow an OT program with real upside. This role is primarily outpatient orthopedics in our clinic, with some inpatient coverage at Willapa Harbor Hospital (acute care and swing bed). If you enjoy variety, autonomy, and building something meaningful—this is a strong fit.

*What You’ll Do*
* Evaluate and treat patients across outpatient and hospital-based settings
* Create and progress individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
* Document evaluations, daily notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time
* Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
* Support program development, outreach, and clinic growth initiatives
* Present in-services to fellow therapists and staff as needed
* Assist in general operations of the rehab department
* Supervise COTAs in accordance with WA regulations as needed
*What You’ll Need*
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD)
* Graduate of an accredited/certified occupational therapy program
* *Washington OT license* (or eligibility to obtain)
