Location: London (Zones 1-6) Salary: £50,000 per year + company vehicle and travel allowance
Key Responsibilities
Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across a regional commercial portfolio
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities on‑site, ensuring quality and safety
Oversee contractors and liaise with service providers as required
Maintain accurate records and reports on maintenance, costs, and performance
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency
Requirements
City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical qualification
Proven experience in commercial building maintenance, PPM, and reactive works
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems
Ability to work independently across multiple sites and lead works on‑site
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Valid UK driving licence
