What You'll Be Doing
Planned electrical maintenance across multiple commercial sites
Reactive fault finding and repairs
Working on lighting, small power, emergency lighting, and distribution
Completing minor installs and small works tasks
Supporting compliance checks and remedial works
Using a CAFM system to log updates and close tasks
Liaising with clients, building managers, and subcontractors
Supporting call out rota and escalation process
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 3
AM2
18th Edition
Experience in commercial mobile maintenance
2391 Testing and Inspection as a bonus
Strong paperwork and CAFM updates, good communication
