About the role
The Media Content Manageris a key role within the Content Studio, responsible for overseeing the management of AV and static assets throughout the entire production lifecycle—from agency/client ingest and slating to final delivery. This position also involves maintaining and monitoring server structures to ensure proper procedures are followed, as well as managing storage capacity and coordinating archiving processes. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, including editors, motion graphics artists, and producers, to ensure seamless workflows and timely delivery of assets. The Media Content Manager plays a critical part in upholding organizational standards and ensuring efficient media management practices across all projects and workflow tools. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar or post‑production environment or media management. You have a can‑do attitude and excellent communication skills, and you are comfortable in showing this approach and collaborating with all other ICP Hubs as well as your team members. About You
Experience working with production tools such as Adobe Cloud to assist the production team in the ingest & QC of files and file management. Have extremely high organizational skills and experience with archiving, data backup and file management an advantage. The successful applicant will be capable of hitting the ground running and will be able to competently fulfil the duties of the role to an extremely high standard. Key Skills
Experience in: Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, AE, Premiere), and QuickTime QC, ensuring the highest level of quality and compliance on all master material for ingest and distribution. A good working and operational knowledge of workflow and folder systems on servers Managing files, organising file structures on servers, and archiving systems To communicate and react efficiently to urgent bookings as and when requested by the PM/Producer team All projects input into Internal job booking tool as required Working collaboratively with all departments within ICP Content Studio Managing internal workflow systems and checking these are kept up to date by the team.
