Role This role is in support of Cencora’s third-party logistics service in the UK through our Alloga business.
Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Associate - Validation to join our team in South Normanton, Derbyshire. This role is essential in ensuring the validation and qualification of quality-critical assets, maintaining compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO 9001 standards, and meeting client requirements.

28,986.96
Working Pattern Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (9am-5pm)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Site Validation Master Plan (sVMP).
Create and execute validation and qualification protocols.
Perform qualification and validation activities in line with change controls and sVMP.
Maintain accurate records of validation activities.
Investigate and resolve quality incidents, client complaints, and deviations, ensuring corrective actions are implemented within agreed timelines.
Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO 9001, and client requirements.
Participate in client and regulatory audits.
Perform periodic Internal Compliance Inspections to identify opportunities for improvement.
Review daily and monthly temperature trends and manage document archiving.
Skills And Experience Required
Ideally educated to A-level or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a validation role within a GDP or GMP environment.
Strong understanding of GDP, GMP regulations, and ISO 9001 standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build positive relationships.
Self-motivated, flexible, and committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
