We are seeking a
Senior Sales Operations Coordinator
to support operational excellence, system efficiency, and deal support for our EMEA & APAC sales regions. This role requires proactively identifying, testing, and proposing changes that reduce manual work, streamline workflows, and drive higher-value capacity for the sales team. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver who can translate business needs into scalable solutions, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to measurable improvements in deal efficiency and booking accuracy. WHAT YOU’LL DO Opportunity Partnership:
Support high value and complex deals through the sales process, providing operational assistance. Process Optimization:
Assist with process improvement initiatives by identifying issues, documenting requirements, and suggesting potential enhancements for GTM Business Systems team Regional Operations & Ownership:
Support Sales Operations activities in your region, acting as a point of contact for sales managers and helping surface local inefficiencies for global resolution. User Acceptance Testing:
Contribute to testing new system functionality by documenting issues and feedback for the GTM Systems team prior to release Enablement & Documentation:
Support the creation of enablement resources and documentation for process and system changes, and support rollout within their region. Data Integrity & Analysis:
Maintain booking accuracy and data integrity across revenue systems, using reporting to highlight issues and support proposed process improvements. Support the issue funnel for your region by ensuring all bugs, process questions, and non-BAU tasks are documented. Highlight recurring issues and suggest ways to improve processes. WHAT YOUR SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE
After 6 Months:
You are contributing effectively to your assigned region, supporting day to day sales operations and cross functional projects. You are identifying and documenting key processes or data issues that impact deal flow, and proposing improvements. Your contributions help maintain accurate bookings and support measurable improvements in deal efficiency. After 12 Months:
You are a reliable contributor to projects and process improvement initiatives, supporting cross functional teams in optimizing workflows. Your ongoing identification of inefficiencies and suggested improvements supports sustained operational efficiency and helps reduce manual effort in sales processes, freeing up sales team capacity. WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Salesforce & CPQ Experience:
Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating custom reports and dashboards, and experience in using and optimizing CPQ workflows. Project Management:
Experience supporting cross functional projects through planning, coordination, and execution. Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
Proven capability to quickly identify and triage complex system and process issues. Process Optimization Focus:
Identify process inefficiencies, document issues, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort. Communication & Prioritization:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain complex information and process changes to diverse stakeholders Organizational Skills:
Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills to effectively manage day to day operational responsibilities while progressing longer term initiatives and project work. Enablement Mindset:
