across both print and digital channels.
This is a hands‑on role for someone early in their design career who wants broad exposure across
B2C and B2B marketing , working on everything from retail POS and in‑store displays to digital campaigns, social content, email and website assets. You’ll work closely with the wider marketing and creative team, contributing to real projects while developing your craft in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.

Assist with resizing, versioning and localisation of assets for different channels, formats and markets
Collaborate with designers, marketers and external partners to deliver work on time and to brief
Help maintain organised file structures and shared asset libraries
Stay curious about design trends, retail environments and emerging formats, bringing fresh thinking and ideas to the team
Required Skills
2+ years’ experience in a graphic design role
A portfolio demonstrating a mix of print and digital work, ideally including retail, social or campaign assets
Competency of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
A good eye for layout, typography and visual hierarchy
Comfortable working across both consumer and professional / trade audiences
Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Open to feedback, collaborative, and keen to develop creatively.
Nice to Have
Experience working with established brand guidelines
Basic understanding of digital best practice (social formats, email constraints, web layouts)
Interest in retail environments or product marketing
Experimentation with AI creative tools
Basic motion or video skills (e.g. After Effects)
Growth & Development You’ll have the opportunity to grow your expertise by working with modern design tools and evolving technologies, helping you refine your craft, expand your creative thinking and build confidence as a designer. With guidance from Creative Lead, you’ll be encouraged to learn, experiment and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.
With hybrid working built into the role, you’ll have the flexibility to work in a way that suits you best – creating the space and rhythm that help you do your best creative work.
We’ll start you off between £30‑34K (depending on experience and capabilities), with the opportunity to have remunerated targets and the ability to be promoted if you prove yourself successful.
You’ll also have access to healthcare benefits, an awesome social team who organise events regularly, a fun group of colleagues and loads of opportunities to engage with the company and bring positive change that will have tremendous impact on your career.
If you want to write a cover letter that will capture our curiosity, then send that across too.
We’ll be in touch to organise a phone interview if we see a potential match.
All information received will be kept in strict confidence and used only for employment‑related purposes
