Role Description This is a full time role in Kidderminster, United Kingdom. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts efficiently. The role involves identifying and generating leads, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long term partnerships. Additionally, the individual will communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with regular communication
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Provide product and service information
Prepare and present quotations and proposals
Achieve KPIs set by your line manager
Sales Process Ownership
Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to post-delivery follow up
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
Process orders and coordinate dispatch
Handle all enquiries promptly and professionally
Administration and Systems
Maintain accurate customer records in HubSpot
Follow internal processes including GSD, quotations, trackers, and proforma invoices
Reporting and Time Management
Provide weekly updates on new business and active projects
Manage time effectively across sales, administration, and business development
Team and Conduct
Maintain a professional presence in the office and act as a positive ambassador for Fibex

Experience in sales or account management, ideally within industrial or technical products
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot
