Are you an experienced Sales Administrator who is looking for a new challenge within a growing business? We are proud to be representing a successful Manufacturing business who are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join them. Based in Blackburn, this leading independent company manufacture a wide range of household and away from home hygiene paper products from their purpose-built location. Responsibilities
Handle all customer enquiries professionally and with speed and accuracy Liaise with customers via email, telephone, and face to face Inputting into and updating the in-house SAP system and processing orders daily Undertake a full range of administrative tasks in running the office, ensuring all documents such as customer return forms, delivery notes, invoices, and statements are processed and filed Liaise with the warehouse and carriers with regards to the despatch of orders and ensure information is available to customers regarding any changes to orders, delivery or services. Qualifications
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Confident under pressure and able to multitask Experienced within a Sales Administrator role, and familiar with processing orders and handling customer enquiries Salary and Benefits
Our client is offering a salary of between £18,000 - £20,000 depending on experience plus additional benefits. If you are looking for a Sales administrator opportunity, contact the team today!
