to join our client’s professional firm This could also be a superb opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator or Assistant Sales Manager who is ready to step up and take on a leadership position. The role offers responsibility, career progression, and the chance to work with a reputable local brand known for delivering exceptional results in property sales. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Managing the day-to-day operations of the property sales department Leading, motivating, and developing the sales team to achieve targets Driving new business generation and increasing market share Securing instructions and winning valuations Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers Ensuring the branch meets profitability and compliance standards Delivering outstanding customer service at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Proven experience in residential property sales Strong track record of winning instructions and achieving targets Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to build strong client relationships and generate new business Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive Well-spoken, articulate, and professional in presentation Full UK driving license (essential) Knowledge of the Burnham property market (advantageous) What's In It For You?
