Sales Manager – Crawley Cubitt & West | Estate Agency | Property Sales
About Us Cubitt & West is one of the most recognised and respected estate agency brands in the South East. We specialise in residential property sales, valuations, buyer management, and delivering exceptional customer service. Our Crawley branch is a high-performing, customer-focused office, and we are looking for a driven Sales Manager who can help grow market share, lead by example, and deliver consistent sales results.
The Package
Basic Salary:
£25,000
Additional Guaranteed Earnings:
First 4 months plus support incentive for the following 6 months
On-Target Earnings:
£40,000–£50,000 (uncapped commission structure)
Car Allowance:
£3,000 or company car
Work Pattern:
Five days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

Why This Role Matters As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the Crawley branch. This position is central to business growth, customer satisfaction, and maintaining our reputation for excellent results. You will manage the sales process, develop your team, and ensure that every customer receives a high-quality experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions through effective communication and strong rapport-building
Manage the full sales process: marketing, viewings, negotiation, and sales progression
Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators
Lead by example, supporting the Branch Manager with team coaching and staff development
Generate new business through prospecting, relationship-building, and local market knowledge
Match buyers to suitable properties using CRM systems and database management
Build long-term relationships with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, and other stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high professional standards
Identify trends in the local property market and respond proactively
About You We are looking for someone who is passionate about property, confident in their abilities, and committed to providing excellent customer care.
You will have:
A proven track record in estate agency, property sales, or residential sales management
Experience converting valuations into instructions
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to work under pressure
Leadership qualities and the desire to help others improve
Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Knowledge of the local Crawley and West Sussex property market (desirable)
A full UK driving licence
