Shift Leader

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Leaders to join our team. **2-3 YEARS **experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that sales goals are met while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the store during your shift.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance and meet sales targets.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Sell products and services while providing excellent customer service.
• Utilize math skills to manage cash handling and inventory control effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both employees and customers.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere that encourages open communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role or supervisory position is preferred.
• 2 yrs -3 yrs of LEAD experience ***
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Proficiency in managing cash registers and handling financial transactions accurately.
• Basic math skills for inventory control and sales reporting.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
• Experience in wireless sales or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example and inspire others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Willing to relocate.*
