• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, researching solutions, and following up as needed.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the database regularly.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve customer service procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
