Valley Medical Weight Loss & Med Spa is a locally owned, multi-location medical practice offering advanced aesthetic and wellness services. We are a growing Med Spa seeking a highly skilled Aesthetician/Laser Technician dedicated to results driven skincare, patient education, and collaborative care with injectors to achieve full facial rejuvenation at our Glendale and Phoenix offices. Candidate must have at least 2 years of professional experience in a medical spa setting. You will play an important role in client education by providing guidance through our social media pages, facials, skincare consultations, and treatments.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, people focused, and naturally able to make others feel comfortable and confident in their own skin. They combine strong technical competence across all procedures with a genuine, caring approach that builds trust and long term relationships. Through personalized care, thoughtful communication, and consistent results, they are able to develop a loyal patient following with high retention and repeat visits.

Overview
The Medical Esthetician/Laser Technician will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments while delivering exceptional patient care in a medical setting. This role requires strong attention to detail, experience with medical charting and a passion for helping patients look and feel their best. Common procedures include: Facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, microneedling, IPL therapy using the Lumecca IPL and Morpheus RF Microneedling by InMode.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized skincare plans aligned with patient goals.

· Educate clients on skincare products, post-treatment care, and available retail options to enhance their results and experience.

• Perform microneedling treatments per medical protocols
• Provide Hydrafacial treatments
• Perform chemical peels based on patient skin type and treatment plans
• Deliver customized facials and skincare treatments
• Perform dermaplaning services safely and effectively
• Perform laser treatments in accordance with certification, protocols, and medical supervision
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation in the medical record
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with medical providers and spa leadership on promotional events, new treatment launches, and community outreach initiatives to grow the practice's visibility.

Qualifications

• Saturday availability
• Current Arizona Aesthetician License required
• Laser certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical spa or clinical setting
• Sales orientated and able to promote all services in the practice
• Hands-on experience with microneedling, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, facials, dermaplaning, laser and RF Microneedling treatments
• Ability to market oneself and practice through all social media platforms by creating engaging content, promoting treatments, and expanding our online presence to attract new patients. *Please include all social media handles on resume.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
