Duties
  • You will prepare updates and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.
  • You will create formal communication plans for management and frequently be assigned as team a leader having indirect responsibility for team members completion of tasks for programs and project plans.
  • You will provide support for management on projects including monitoring, control and reporting project progress and team performance.
  • You will identify and analyze the variances to the project performance baselines and obtain the program and project change request approvals.
  • You will perform quality assurance and quality control measures.
  • You will provide advice and input to management on policy documents and initiatives.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

Experience must be IT related; the experience may be demonstrated by paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training (for example, IT certification), as appropriate
