Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills, demonstrate discretion, and be capable of managing a wide range of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of executive functions. This role requires a professional who is adept at handling complex schedules, coordinating projects, and providing comprehensive administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

10 hours per week in office at $25/ hour

There is no relocation compensation for this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in executive administrative support or as a personal assistant in a professional office setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to handle members with tact, facilitate annual events & offer ownership over one's actions and communication.
  • Excellent typing speed and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace, Canva, Instagram & Facebook.
  • Experience with project coordination and event planning
  • Exceptional communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience.
  • High level of computer literacy and fluency in social media.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with sound judgment. This position offers an engaging opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute significantly to executive operations while developing further skills in a supportive environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 per week
