Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities
• Support patients with their individual health plans, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and organisational standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care strategies
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication use, and post-treatment care
• Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
• Assist in emergency situations with prompt and appropriate response
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy of patient information in compliance with data protection regulations

Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) recognised within the UK
• Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting is desirable
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support accurate assessment and care planning
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism when interacting with patients and colleagues
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Organised, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards

Pay: $ $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
