Residential Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee daily operations in a residential setting for adults with developmental disabilities. This role combines direct support, staff supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure quality service delivery and a safe, therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Assistant Residential Managers and Direct Support Professional
• Provide direct behavioral health support and therapeutic interventions
• Ensure proper implementation of individual service plans (ISPs/IHPs)
• Oversee medication auditing, home management, and crisis intervention
• Maintain compliance with Federal/State regulations and EIHAB policies
• Communicate behavioral changes and incidents to supervisory staff
• Act as an advocate and liaison for residents

• Must be at least 21 years' old
• High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred)
• Minimum of 1-year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities (3 years preferred for HS/GED)
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Valid NJ driver's license with clean driving record

Additional Requirements:

• Must complete all required trainings within 90 days of hire (CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and participate in  Management Training
