Apartment Maintenance Technician

Become part of our family, a multistate leader in luxury apartment communities. We are currently seeking for an Apartment Maintenance Technician in Henderson, NV.

The Apartment Maintenance Technician will perform the following duties:

• Plumbing repairs
• Electric repairs
• Appliance repairs
• Building repairs
• Dry wall, patch and installation
• Slab leaks
• Floor repairs
• Lock and key service including maintenance and re-keying
• Painting
• Carpentry
• Apartment Turnovers
• And any other type of duties as assigned by supervisors
• May be required to work at more than one location

Minimum Qualifications and Expectations:

• At least two to four years of experience in maintenance
• HVAC experience is preferred but not necessary
• Appliance repair experience is preferred but not necessary
• You must have your own tools
• A current driver's license and auto insurance
• Possessing a strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Being able to work one weekend day and participate in after-hours calls
• Having good written and vocal English communication skills
