Associate Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking an
Associate Product Manager
for a
Contract
with a client in
San Jose, CA.
Candidate must have strong SQL skills for analyzing CRM/ERP datasets and experience creating dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.

Rate Range:
$68/hour to $70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Associate Product Manager Job Responsibilities Include

• Partner with business, architecture, and technical teams to drive end-to-end project execution and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Extract and analyze CRM/ERP datasets using SQL, generating insights to inform operational and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to monitor business health and support optimization.
• Create functional documentation, workflows, and user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity for development and testing teams.
• Support system rollouts and process enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in product management or business analysis roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for analyzing CRM/ERP datasets and generating actionable insights.
• Strong experience in creating dashboards, reports, and writing user stories in Jira to support Agile development.

Pay Details:
$68.00 to $70.00 per hour
