Build what's next

Are you energized by orchestrating complex schedules that transform prototypes into fully scaled products? At CelLink, you'll align operations, materials, and people to deliver on-time performance while enabling rapid program ramp-ups.

Your impact
  • Own the end-to-end production schedule across multiple lines to meet customer demand and efficiency goals.
  • Keep a pulse on WIP and output, preserving flow and hitting throughput targets.
  • De-risk constraints early—supply gaps, equipment downtime, and capacity limits—and coordinate swift countermeasures.
  • Lead the daily production review; make priorities unmistakable and escalations actionable.
  • Leverage MES and floor data to elevate labor productivity and material availability.
  • Partner with Production, Quality, NPI, and Process Engineering to ensure build readiness and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure ERP/MES/inventory data mirrors the live plan at all times.
  • Provide leadership with KPI visibility and concise performance narratives.
  • Develop teammates through training on scheduling, systems, and process discipline.
  • Champion alignment across planning, procurement, and operations.
  • Uphold a safe, orderly workplace and the culture of integrity, teamwork, and professional rigor.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2+ years in manufacturing production planning (preferably high mix and/or high volume).
  • Excel proficiency plus experience with MES/ERP (Oracle, SAP, or similar).
  • Strength in forecasting, capacity modeling, and managing constraints.
  • History of leading cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication—clear, concise, and audience-aware.
Preferred experience
  • Flexible circuits or printed electronics manufacturing.
  • Applied use of MES/ERP/MRP (SAP, Oracle, or equivalents) in production.
  • Successful ramps of high-mix/low-volume and high-volume programs.
  • LEAN, Six Sigma, or Kaizen toolkit.
  • High-growth startup or rapid-scale manufacturing exposure.
  • Capacity modeling, constraint-based scheduling, and takt time analysis.
  • Cross-functional planning with engineering, quality, and operations.
  • APICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent certification.
How we work

We operate to rigorous policies in HR, security, ethics, safety, and environmental practices. Depending on the position, ISO standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 may apply.

Work environment

Full‑time, salaried‑exempt position.

Office location is on or adjacent to the manufacturing floor. Expect regular shop-floor exposure to noise, moving mechanical parts, nuisance dust, and common industrial chemicals; PPE is provided and required where appropriate.

The role involves frequent computer use, periods of sitting/standing, and movement between office and production areas with active communication. You may bend, balance, or work in varied positions; occasionally lift up to 35 lbs solo or 50 lbs with assistance. Visual acuity is needed to read documentation, operate equipment safely, and inspect materials. Some extended hours and occasional weekends may be required to meet critical milestones and customer commitments.
