E-commerce Live Stream Host

About the Role

Are you ready to be the energetic, charismatic face of our growing e-commerce apparel brand? We're seeking a dynamic, camera-confident professional to drive sales as our primary Live Stream Host, focusing heavily on platforms like Whatnot.

This is a unique, high-impact hybrid role where you will transition seamlessly from on-camera sales to hands-on logistics. When you are not streaming, you will be instrumental in the fulfillment process, ensuring every order is packaged accurately and shipped fast. Key ResponsibilitiesLive Selling & Content (Primary Focus)

• Host and Run Shows: Serve as the engaging, high-energy host for our live selling shows on Whatnot (expected 3x per week, 2-3 hours per show, with potential to scale).
• Drive Sales: Focus on promoting items, managing dynamic pricing, promoting cross-sells, and driving immediate sales through persuasive, clear communication.
• Product Expertise: Become a product expert, able to articulate key features, sizing, styling suggestions, and answer live audience questions with confidence.
• Preparation & Planning: Strategize and coordinate with the Marketing team to plan show themes, pull and prepare inventory, and maintain the weekly show schedule.
• Performance Analysis: Collaborate with management to analyze key metrics (Sell-Through Rate, Viewer Count, AOV) and translate data into actionable improvements for future broadcasts.

Shipping & Fulfillment (Major Supporting Role)

• Order Processing: Execute all post-show and regular e-commerce fulfillment with speed and accuracy to ensure rapid customer delivery and high satisfaction scores.
• Logistics: Efficiently and accurately pick, package, and create shipping labels for daily orders.
• Inventory Management: Maintain exceptional organization of product inventory, especially high-volume show items, to ensure zero picking errors and optimize warehouse workflow.
• Operations: Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and optimized shipping area and warehouse environment.

General Operations (Minimal Admin)

• Assist occasionally with basic computer-based tasks related to show reporting or shipping documentation.
• Support team needs and be willing to jump in where help is needed to maintain smooth operational flow.

Qualifications

• On-Camera Presence: Exceptional verbal communication and a polished, charismatic on-camera presence. Proven ability to maintain high, infectious energy for multi-hour live broadcasts.
• Experience: Prior experience (1+ years preferred) in a performance-driven sales role, live stream hosting, or retail management.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Whatnot, TikTok Live, or similar streaming platforms is a significant asset.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted, move efficiently throughout the warehouse, and stand for extended periods.
• Attitude: Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example across both sales and operations.
