What you'll do:

· Effectively participate in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in food quality

· Have a sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment

· Promote teamwork and excellence amongst the kitchen team

· Consistently ensure the station is prepped and stocked throughout service and overall station remains cleanly and organized

· Display a working knowledge of all ingredients and preparation used on the menu

· Demonstrate an eagerness to refine techniques and a desire to continually learn and grow.

· Have a basic understanding of Health Department food and safety standards

What we need from you:

· 1+ years in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant (preferred but not required)

· Reliability

· Arrive daily in proper uniform

· Solid transportation

· Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time

· Ability to lift heavy objects over your head
