Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales and guest relations efforts at our premier resort. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a professional with excellent communication abilities, multilingual proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Hotel Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, supervise staff, and foster positive relationships with clients to ensure the continued success of our property.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the hotel's market presence
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
  • Cultivate relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizers to generate new business opportunities
  • Oversee guest services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective guest relations management
  • Coordinate with front desk staff to ensure seamless guest experiences, including handling guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
  • Manage hotel revenue management strategies, including pricing and budgeting to maximize profitability
  • Supervise human resources functions such as training, scheduling, and performance evaluations for sales staff
  • Oversee hotel operations related to guest services, reservations, night audit procedures, and overall hotel management
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Ensure compliance with hospitality standards and company policies across all departments

Experience

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel sales roles with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and hotel operations including front desk management and night audit procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities in supervising teams within a hotel or resort environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest service protocols is essential
  • Previous experience in resort settings or large hotel chains is preferred
  • Knowledge of human resources practices within hospitality settings is advantageous

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead a vibrant team in a prestigious hospitality environment.

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
