Project Manager

Estep Builders is a growing residential construction company specializing in custom homes, detached garages, and thoughtfully built structures that match the client's existing home and lifestyle. We're looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership of projects, communicates clearly, and understands how residential construction is supposed to run.

This role is ideal for someone with real field experience who wants responsibility, trust, and room to grow—not micromanagement.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and deliveries
• Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and internal team
• Keep projects organized and documented using JobTread and Google Workspace
• Identify issues early and solve them before they become problems

• Residential construction experience is required
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor management
• Organized, dependable, and proactive
• Clear communicator with both clients and trades
• Comfortable being accountable for schedules, costs, and results
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55, $75,000.00 per year
