Associate Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Associate Attorney
to join our Lemon Law practice. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, exceptional client communication abilities, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload. Prior Lemon Law or consumer warranty experience is preferred, but not required for candidates with strong litigation or plaintiff-side backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of Lemon Law matters from intake through resolution.
• Evaluate claims, analyze repair orders, and determine case viability.
• Conduct client consultations and maintain consistent communication throughout the case lifecycle.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate settlements directly with manufacturers and defense counsel.
• Prepare cases for trial when necessary, including attending hearings, mediations, and depositions.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with support staff and senior attorneys to ensure efficient case progression.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of CA
• 1-5+ years of legal experience; lemon law, consumer protection, or plaintiff litigation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a high-volume docket.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset.
