• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining areas by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and equipment efficiently
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy service hours

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and cleaning protocols
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting dishes or moving supplies
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
• Experience with food preparation, or catering is a plus; familiarity with banquet or hotel environments is advantageous (not required)
