Event Operations Coordinator

CityPickle is a dynamic and rapidly growing sport and lifestyle brand based in New York City. Our mission is to spread the joy of pickleball and put a paddle in the hand of every urban dweller. We specialize in operating both permanent, indoor pickleball clubs as well as high-profile, seasonal activations.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Event Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution and management of various events, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently.

• Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Vendor Liaison: Communicate with vendors and suppliers as needed.
• On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring all elements are executed according to plan, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess successes and areas for improvement, compiling reports and feedback for future planning.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the event sales team and onsite team to ensure events are executed to the highest standards.
  

• Experience running a wide variety of events.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings
• Club Operating hours:
  Monday - Friday: 6:00am - 11:00pm
  Saturday - Sunday: 7:00am - 10:00pm
