Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy atmosphere. Experience in fine dining or the food industry is highly desirable.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests while maintaining high standards of service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure accurate order preparation and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food items.
• Process payments accurately using cash and card handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
