About the Role

Cyber Law Firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join our practice, starting part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if it is a good fit. This position is ideal for a civil litigator who is comfortable with core litigation work and wants exposure to unique, modern cases involving online harassment, personal injury, torts, and technology-related disputes — no prior tech or AI experience required (although experience is a plus).

You'll work closely with senior attorneys on meaningful cases while maintaining flexibility, remote work, and hands-on responsibility.

MUST be a licensed attorney in the United States, otherwise applications will be blacklisted.

What You'll Do

• Assist with and manage civil litigation matters from pre-litigation through discovery and motion practice
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Participate in case strategy, client communications, and fact development
• Support hearings, conferences, and trial preparation as needed
• Work on cases involving harassment, negligence, torts, product liability, and personal injury, with training provided on any technology-related issues
• Collaborate with an intimate, fast-moving legal team in a remote environment

What We're Looking For

• Licensed attorney in New York (additional bars a plus)
• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Comfort handling litigation tasks independently with guidance
• Strong legal writing, research, and organizational skills
• Experience with or interest in cases involving harassment, torts, negligence, or personal injury a plus
• Empathy and professionalism when working with sensitive client matters
• NYC-based candidates preferred for occasional in-person needs
