Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and motivate housekeeping staff in daily operations
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Requirements:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting required
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of OSHA and sanitation regulations
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
• High school diploma or equivalent required
