Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours, on-call 1 week every 3 weeks
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available

What we are offering:  

  • $30- $32/HR
  • Yearly raises up to 5%
  • Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year
  • On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
  • $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked
  • 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component.

  • Paid Time Off, 1st Year = 80 Hours, 2-4 Years =  120 Hours, 5+ Years = 160 Hours.

  • Tool reimbursement program, up to $500 per year.
  • Boot and pant reimbursement yearly

    •  Qualifications:  

  • 4+ years' experience in maintenance including 3+ years' experience in multifamily housing 
  • Extensive knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipes
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical including switches, outlets and light fixtures
  • Extensive appliance repair/ diagnostic experience 
  • Painting and drywall patching experience
  • Basic computer skills for ordering, emails and navigating work order software (Yardi)
  • Previous direct leadership experience in a maintenance setting 
  • Ability to manage a maintenance budget and effectively manage tasks
  • Extensive hands on HVAC experience and certification (EPA or HVAC Certification Required)
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to our residents
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to help with emergency on call phone coverage
  • CPO Certifications and hands on pool maintenance experience
    • A maintenance skills assessment is administered during the interview process for this position This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and drug screening. Valid driver's license required. A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
