• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for children ages 6 months to 3 years
• Support social, emotional, language, and motor development through play based learning
• Follow daily classroom routines including feeding, diapering or potty training, naps, and transitions
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Communicate consistently with families to build strong relationships
• Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Maintain a clean, organized, and joyful classroom

• Must meet California licensing requirements
• At minimum must hold twelve ECE units
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain

• Experience in infant and toddler classrooms or early childhood education preferred
• Patient, dependable, and attentive to health and safety
• Passionate about early childhood development and nurturing care
