Litigation (Construction) Associate Attorney

Work alongside a team of seasoned construction litigators in Downtown Miami. This position offers exposure to unique and exciting construction litigation , a competitive salary and benefits along with a modern work environment. Remote work and flex-hours arrangements available. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct legal research using Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend and argue at hearings, trials and arbitrations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
