Shipping Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing shipments while ensuring accuracy, speed, and compliance with company standards. This role plays a key part in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and ensuring our customers receive their orders on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation, invoices, and packing slips.
• Use shipping software and carrier portals (UPS, FedEx, USPS, LTL) to process shipments.
• Load/unload trucks and move materials within the warehouse as needed.
• Inspect outgoing packages for accuracy, quality, and proper packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and general warehouse duties.
• Communicate any order discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or shipping software.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Pay: $ $26.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
