The Housekeeping Supervisor assists the Executive Housekeeper by overseeing daily housekeeping activities, ensuring cleaning standards are met, and supporting staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead and support housekeeping staff during daily operations.
• Conduct room and public-area inspections for quality and cleanliness.
• Assist with cleaning tasks during peak periods or limited staffing.
• Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of supplies and equipment.
• Train, coach, and support team members.
• Communicate room readiness and maintenance needs to other departments.
• Enforce safety rules and operational procedures.

• Assist with laundry or public-area tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.

• High school diploma required.
• One to three years of housekeeping experience preferred.

• Ability to motivate teams and maintain standards.
• Basic proficiency using office or property management systems.

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull carts and equipment.

• Indoor/outdoor resort environment; weekends and holidays required.
