Reactive Operations Center

TechSolutions has an immediate opening for an entry-level Reactive Operations Center (ROC) Technician working in an MSP environment. As a Managed Service Provider, TechSolutions is the IT department for our portfolio of commercial business clients. By joining our technical team, you will directly support a wide variety of systems and applications including Microsoft Windows servers, virtualization environments, cloud services, Microsoft 365, PCs, and MACs. You will regularly work with networking devices including firewalls, switches, routers, WAPs, printers, VoIP phones, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma or GED and one year of technology experience. Local applicants only, no relocation available, no sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with RMM and PSA tools, troubleshooting and maintenance of workstations, servers, switch hardware, firewalls, and TCP/IP.
