Position Summary
We're hiring CDL-A drivers out of Houston, TX for regional routes offering dependable freight, organized operations, and steady weekly earnings. Whether you're newly licensed or already experienced, this position gives you consistent miles and a supportive team that keeps you moving.

What This Role Provides

• Flexible Home Time: Weekly home time or two weeks out with two days off
• Open to New CDL Holders: Smooth onboarding and route support to help you adjust
• Modern Fleet: Late-model trucks maintained for safety, comfort, and performance (average age under 1.5 years)
• Reliable Dispatch Communication: Routes planned to maximize your driving time

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Earnings: Typically $1,200–$1,600 per week
• Miles: Around 2,500–3,000 weekly
• Additional pay for detention, layovers, and stops
• Safety and performance bonus programs

Qualifications

• Active CDL-A
• Recent CDL graduates accepted (120+ program hours)

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A equipment across regional lanes
• Deliver loads on schedule and with complete documentation
• Perform all required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch and support teams
